Happy New Year! We hope that you all had a lovely Christmas and are excited to get started on 2025.
Whether you are using a crisp, new paper diary or an electronic version, make sure you have put Anglia Business Exhibition in there for 7th May. If you are exhibiting or sponsoring, Tuesday 6th May will be set up day so you can have your stand ready to go the day before.
Book your stand or sponsor package now!
Theoretically, you can book right up until the day before the event, assuming there are any stands left by then (last year was completely sold out!). However, booking early has a number of advantages:
- Better choice of the spaces available. If there is a particular stand you want or a position in the exhibition centre, booking early means that you’ll secure it before someone else does.
- Time to plan your stand. In order to attract as many visitors as possible to your stand, it helps to have plenty of time to plan and organise it including any special offers for the day, graphics, banners, handouts, staffing etc.
- Promotion. Booking early means you have lots of time to tell people you’ll be there and invite lots of your contacts along to see you as well as attracting new contacts. We have logos and email footers available for you to use which will help with this. If you are planning on becoming a sponsor, getting in early means we have more time to announce you and promote you as a sponsor as well.
Some additional things to note …
Sponsor/press launch. This is an exclusive event for sponsors, press and key contacts, and is held in the Spring at Riverhills Health Club & Spa. As well as a delicious buffet lunch, it is a great chance to meet the other sponsors as well as an extra bit of PR with a photo opportunity and press releases covering the event. Make sure you secure your sponsor package in time to be included in this event.
Goody bag inserts. Some of our sponsor packages include this as a benefit but it is possible to purchase this separately too. The latest date to book this is 22nd April and you’ll need to send your 500 inserts to us by Friday 25th April to give us time to fill the bags.
Advertising options. Most of our sponsors will have a TV ad, brochure ad and mention in the EADT full page article before the event. Keep an eye out for an email with requirements and deadlines for these.
Risk assessments and PLI. These are requirements of our insurance and contract with Trinity Park so please make sure you send these to us in plenty of time so that we don’t have to chase you! All exhibitors and sponsors need to complete a risk assessment for their stand (template on ABE website or you can use your own if you have one) and we will also need the policy number for your public liability insurance policy.
Networking Breakfast. The best way to start your day at ABE is with a delicious cooked breakfast, interesting speaker and friendly networking! The breakfast takes place from 7.30am – 9.30am ready for the main exhibition opening at 10am. Sponsors usually have spaces included in their package so you just need to let us know names and dietary requirements although you can book extras if needed. Exhibitors can book places at a discounted price via their exhibitor login. We will open booking to the general public nearer the time.
How to book
Stands start from just £225 + VAT for a 2m x 1m space. You can also choose from shelled booths, bigger stands or premium stands in prominent positions. Don’t forget that ISSBA members benefit from a discounted rate for exhibitor stands!
Click here to see the stand layout and choose your stand type and location. The grey stands are booked already but if you click them, you will see who has booked them. Clicking on the other stands shows you the details such as type, price etc. For exhibitor stands, there is also a button to book so simply follow it through. If you are planning on joining ISSBA to get the member discounted rate, remember to do this first.
