Suffolk Mind had a busy and successful end to the year. Our Christmas Big Give campaign, The First Call, raised more than our £26,000 target thanks to so many pledgers, businesses and people donating generously. This significant amount will support our Helpline service who support more than 130 people every day. In these first weeks of January, our small team are receiving even more calls from people in need of mental health support and services.

We’ve had a close relationship with ITFC over the past several years and looking forward to our take over day. Our CEO, Jon, will be talking at half time, we’ve got exclusive ‘In your corner’ badges to buy, and if you’re there a bit early, see if you can spot some special warm up tops on the players.
Finally, rounding off a busy start to the year, our workplace training arm, The Mental Health Toolkit, is launching innovative new packages for any business need.
