Join us for a networking breakfast and start the day off by chatting to exhibitors, sponsors and visitors. Enjoy a full, sit down English breakfast before the official start of the exhibition at 10am.
This year in honour of Mental Health Awareness Week 2023 (15th-21st May), we are delighted to welcome Jon Neal, Chief Executive of Suffolk Mind. The theme this year is anxiety so Jon will be focussing his talk around that. He will be exploring how stress is the crossover point which can lead to anxiety and he will cover some things that employers, employees and business owners can do to manage stress and anxiety.
This is not to be missed, spaces are limited!

Breakfast will be a plated full English served with tea/coffee. Vegetarian and Vegan meals are available but please do advise us of any dietary requirements in the comments field at the time of booking.
