If you love great food and enjoy the rich smoky flavours of smoked meat, fish and cheese, you’ll love our range of home-smoked produce. Perfect for dinner parties, special meals, a treat for yourself or perhaps a hamper as a special birthday treat for a ‘hard-to-buy-for’ loved one? 

Smoke House 2Smoked salmon, mackerel, haddock, eels, smoked pate, smoked chicken and turkey, whole and half hams, whole and half turkey crowns, cheeses, prime Suffolk pork sausages, ham hocks in black treacle and special treats like smoked olives, piquant peppers, jalapeno peppers, garlic – peeled in olive oil and whole garlic bulbs.  

All smoked by our chef of over 40 years experience, hot or cold smoking using either oak or American mesquite wood. The meat and fish are slightly cured using sea salt and a little sugar so everything is absolutely natural!

Vacuum packed for freshness within an hour of smoking and it’s all suitable for home freezing.
