I was paired with Ian as part of the Suffolk Chamber of Commerce mentoring scheme after we met at an ISSBA event and later had a 1-2-1 meeting.

Ian came on board at a critical stage in my business where I was about to embark on growing through employing staff, and with his experience in turning around failing businesses he was able to bring much needed knowledge on several areas despite the fact that his background was not in IT.
