Anglia Business Exhibition 2015 - Booking Now Open

Stand bookings are now open for East Anglia’s largest Business to Business Exhibition.

The Anglia Business Exhibition is now taking bookings for it’s 2015 event. Taking place at Trinity Park Ipswich on Wednesday 6th May 2015, the event next year has even more exhibition space and attractions.

As one of the county’s best attended, respected and supported business events, the demand for stands has always been high. In 2015 the exhibition moves from the main Exhibition Hall and the Trinity Rooms, to the Suffolk Show Presidents Marquee, allowing for even more businesses to exhibit. Building on the success of the exhibition and the need for more space and networking areas, the new area will be home to over 190 stands, networking, refreshments, break out areas, specialist clinics and a special area for sponsors and strategic partners. The Suffolk Chamber of Commerce are the events main strategic partners, with Suffolk County Council, New Media Business Group, Business Connected and Free Rein, recognising the importance of the exhibition by becoming second tier strategic partners and pledging their support to the event.

  • Greater capacity with more seats and more carriages

The overall goal is to achieve London to Chelmsford in 25 minutes, Colchester in 40, Ipswich in 60 and Norwich in 90.

BCC Quarterly Economic Survey

Give your opinion on the state of the economy

Ever felt like telling the Government what it’s REALLY like being in business in 2014? Well, here’s your chance. The British Chambers of Commerce's (BCC) Quarterly Economic Survey (QES) is a highly respected snapshot of economic conditions for business. It is taken seriously by Central Government, is one of only three national surveys regularly used by the Bank of England when setting monetary policy and is reported widely in the media.

Each quarter, businesses from across the UK are asked to take part in the survey. Almost 8,000 companies completed the last survey. Your input is crucial in helping us understand the local economy and beyond. The fieldwork for Q4 of 2014 is now underway.

Suffolk Chamber is working in partnership with Suffolk County Council as it’s important that we get a good response rate from Suffolk so that the results can be used as an accurate indicator of our locality's economic performance.

The survey is completely anonymous and very simple and quick to complete - it will only take a few minutes of your time - promise!

To complete the survey just logon to www.britishchambers.org.uk/410/qes-survey.html and enter the Chamber ID No. 77

The deadline for completion of the survey is Monday 1 December 2014.

Analysis of the results, in relation to Suffolk, can be downloaded by clicking here.

The results of the survey will be published in January 2015.

Your time and effort contributing to the QES is very much appreciated by Suffolk Chamber, Suffolk County Council and the BCC.

Thank you!

John Dugmore
Chief Executive

PS Please forward this email on to other businesses in Suffolk that may be interested in contributing. You do not need to be a member of Suffolk Chamber to complete the survey.
